How do I face this season of pressure at work?
Peacemaking can feel costly when a workplace is tense. Jesus calls peacemakers blessed and associates their work with belonging to God, rather than with weakness or avoidance. This verse does not explain how to resolve every conflict, but it gives dignity to the patient work of making peace. You might listen before defending yourself, refuse to pass along a cutting remark, or speak honestly about a strain that everyone is ignoring. Peace is not the same as keeping everyone pleased; sometimes it requires a clear and respectful disagreement. In the pressure you face, where could you make room for truth without adding unnecessary harm?
