How do I face this season of pressure at work?
Prayer is at the center of this saying: asking and believing, rather than holding every need inside yourself. This passage does not settle which workplace decision you should make, but it invites you to approach God with trust rather than treating prayer as empty speech. Its strong language is not a formula for securing a promotion, a lighter workload, or agreement from others. You can name those hopes without claiming to know their outcome. Under pressure, even admitting what you need can be difficult. There is room to ask plainly, without polishing your request into something more impressive. This passage does not tell you how to manage that pressure. What in your work feels hardest to carry, and what would it mean to bring that need to God with trust?
