How do I face this season of pressure at work?
Sowing in tears holds effort and sorrow together in one image. The verse does not promise that your hard work will earn promotion or that this difficult season will end on your preferred schedule. It speaks of sorrow and joy without treating tears as wasted or shameful. For you, that may open space to acknowledge the cost of your work while considering what is worth tending. Not every demand deserves the same investment, and exhaustion is not proof of faithfulness. You can reflect on the image without turning it into a requirement to keep pushing. What is worth tending now, within the limits you actually have?
