How do I face this season of pressure at work?
The night in this verse has room for weeping. You do not have to turn exhaustion into a lesson before you can bring it to prayer. The passage does not tell you when work pressure will ease; its movement from tears toward joy is not a timetable for your circumstances. It does offer language for grief without making grief the whole story. Facing this season may include admitting how tired you are, receiving a small moment of gladness, and resisting the thought that today's heaviness defines every day. Neither tears nor joy needs to be manufactured. What sadness have you been asking yourself to conceal at work?
