How do I face this season of pressure at work?
Gratitude is the movement of this verse: the speaker gives thanks for being fearfully and wonderfully made. It does not explain how to manage work pressure, but it gives you another way to regard yourself while you are under it. You are not merely a tool for producing results. Your body, attention, and capacity for feeling belong to a person whose making is worthy of wonder. This is not a demand to feel positive when you are exhausted. It is an invitation to let gratitude interrupt the habit of treating yourself as expendable. What would change if you regarded your tired self with wonder rather than disappointment?
Carry thisYou are a person worthy of wonder, not merely output.
